While pressure treated yellow pine is the most used material for new deck construction or renovation, cedar, cypress and composite lumber are more desirable for decking. The natural beauty and rot resistance of cedar makes it the ideal choices for decking in the Atlanta area.

Cedar Lumber

In addition to building decks, cedar lumber is used for gazebos, pergolas and other outdoor structures. It is more stable than most other types of lumber, and tends to stay straight. You can create perfect outdoor living areas by adding cedar structures.

23/32″ (3/4 nominal thickness) x 4′ x 8′ BBOES Plyform Concrete Form is widely used in the Atlanta area for various applications, such as walls, decks and columns. The face and back veneers are “B” grade, and the inner plies are cross-banded “C” grade veneers. The edges have been sealed and the face and back veneers have been pre-oiled to reduce moisture absorption and sticking during the concrete curing process. These panels have excellent stiffness characteristics, minimizing flexing during concrete pouring.

BBOES stands for B Grade Face Veneer, B Grade Back Veneer, Oiled and Edge-Sealed. B-B Plyform Concrete Form is plywood that has been fully sanded on both sides and factory treated with a high quality release agent.
