We offer framing lumber take offs and estimating, floor system design and estimating and roofing material take offs and estimates that can give you a better idea about the construction costs when you are building a house. Just bring us your floor plan blue prints, along with a roofing layout and our helpful staff will provide a computer generated estimate.

We can help take the guesswork out of estimating, which will reduce waste on the job and save you money. Window, door and moulding estimates can also be provided. These items are typically measured after all openings have been framed. The cost for a framing takeoff and estimate is $50 per 1000 square feet of house plan.
