Cofer/Adams Engineered Lumber Department is widely regarded as one of the best and most innovative producers in the area. Our computerized software and cut facility are state of the art.

We are especially proud of our floor system design using Boise Engineered Wood Products such as BCI Joists and Versa- Lam LVL. 

We purchase these in 48, 60 and 66 feet lengths, and cut them to the exact lengths (within 1/64 of an inch) required for a particular house plan. We also route the holes for HVAC ductwork. Builders are supplied with a detailed floor drawing showing where each joist is to be placed. 

Each Joist is Imprinted with location # and length for easier installation.
